还以为可以拉出长长的丝,
切开来却并不见丝。

  • 中筋粉120克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 橄榄油10克
  • 牛奶20克
  • 细砂糖6克
  • 2克
  • 酵母2克
  • 芝士片2片
  • 花生酱40克
  • 酱火腿56克

Steps to make 花生酱与华夫:花生酱芝士酱腿华夫饼

  • 1.面团:中筋面粉120g,鸡蛋1个,橄榄油10g,牛奶20g ,细砂糖6g,盐2g,酵母2g。
  • 2.把所有面团料倒入大碗混合。
  • 3.揉成光滑不粘手的面团,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏室冷藏发酵一夜。
  • 4.第二天取出,面团发酵至两倍大,回温约1小时。
  • 5.将面团排气,切成8等份,滚圆,室温盖保鲜膜松弛半小时。
  • 6.馅料:芝士片2片,花生酱40g,酱火腿56g。
  • 7.将每片芝士切成4块,酱火腿切薄圆片,备用。
  • 8.取一块面团按扁。
  • 9.放上芝士和花生酱。
  • 10.再放上火腿片。
  • 11.将面皮边缘向中间收拢。
  • 12.捏紧收口。
  • 13.收口向下放置。备用。
  • 14.华夫机预热。
  • 15.将面饼放在华夫机中央。
  • 16.盖上盖子,加热2-3分钟。
  • 17.揭盖,表面金黄。
  • 18.出锅,置晾架上晾至温热后食用。
