  • 开水25克
  • 淡奶油A150克+B180克
  • 细砂糖A20克+B22克
  • 芒果肉270克
  • 牛奶50克
  • 吉利丁片15克

  • 1.吉利丁片分两份剪小后用冰水泡软
  • 2.抹茶粉冲入开水,用打蛋器搅打融化无干粉
  • 3.加入软化的吉利丁片融化均匀
  • 4.淡奶油A加入细砂糖A打发到出现纹路
  • 5.抹茶糊和淡奶油混合均匀
  • 6..装入裱花袋,挤入模具内,放入冰箱冷藏半小时左右
  • 7.芒果肉加入牛奶搅打成泥状
  • 8.芒果肉加入牛奶搅打成泥状
  • 9.吉利丁片隔热水融化
  • 10.融化的吉利丁液和芒果泥混合均匀
  • 11.淡奶油B加入细砂糖B打发至有纹路
  • 12.把芒果泥和淡奶油混合均匀
  • 13.到入模具内,冷藏半小时后转冷冻5小时
  • 14.5小时后轻易的就可以脱模了
  • 15.杯子形状,随意加入喜欢的水果或者用淡奶油装饰
