  • 玉米油36g
  • 蛋黄72g
  • 蛋清160g
  • 白砂糖40g
  • 淡奶油150ml

Steps to make 红丝绒蛋糕卷

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.牛奶与玉米油混合搅拌至乳化。
  • 3.再筛入低筋面粉与红丝绒粉搅拌至无颗粒,然后加入蛋黄混合搅拌均匀备用。
  • 4.白砂糖分三次加入蛋清,打发至硬性发泡。
  • 5.再取三分之一与蛋黄糊翻拌均匀,然后倒回剩下的蛋白霜中翻拌均匀。
  • 6.蛋糕糊倒入烤盘中,烤箱预热150度烤30分钟,取出后晾凉备用。
  • 7.淡奶油中加10g白砂糖打发,均匀抹在蛋糕胚上。
  • 8.提起一边卷起来。
  • 9.切去两头不规则部分,再切块就可以享用啦。
