柠檬泡凤爪

Steps to make 柠檬泡凤爪

  • 1.鸡爪洗净切块,放锅里先过一遍热水,再洗净,再放锅里加生姜片和黄酒煮熟(一般煮十分钟)。
  • 2.在煮鸡爪的过程中准备泡鸡爪的材料:拿个大碗里面放大半碗凉白开(备注:必须是凉的,或者冰水也行),陈醋少许、生抽少许、盐少许、糖少许、小红尖椒若干个切段,柠檬一个切块。
  • 3.将烧熟的鸡爪捞起,放入准备好的凉汤里,浸泡两小时以后就可以食用啦!
