  • 1.准备挂面200到250克左右,超市有单独200克包装的。
  • 2.小葱适量
  • 3.小葱切粒
  • 4.沸水下锅煮面,水多,和多搅拌,面才不易粘一起
  • 5.煮面同时,热锅加油大火加热
  • 6.面煮两分钟左右,稍微用点力,用筷子能夹断即可,起锅,滤水,直接加入热油中
  • 7.中火,快速用筷子翻炒面,让面裹匀油后,在炒制干燥
  • 8.加入酱油,矿泉水瓶盖,四盖左右,料酒两盖左右
  • 9.当加入酱油料酒收干的差不多时,也就两分钟左右,然后加入油辣子翻炒
  • 10.油辣子后再炒一两分钟,关火,加入小葱,鸡精,余温翻炒出味
  • 11.装盘起锅。
  • 12.这份是用生抽炒的,颜色就不会那么重。
