Steps to make 凉拌手撕杏鲍菇

  • 1.杏鲍菇冲洗干净。
  • 2.一撕两半。
  • 3.入开水锅中,焯烫变软捞出,自然晾凉。
  • 4.小葱切末,大蒜用拉蒜器拉碎末或者用刀拍扁剁末。
  • 5.杏鲍菇手撕成细条,不要太粗,如筷子尖端那般粗细。
  • 6.蒜末、盐、白糖、生抽、醋、香油同入小盘中。
  • 7.用筷子搅拌均匀,尽量使盐和糖溶化。
  • 8.将料汁倒入杏鲍菇中,撒香葱末充分拌匀即可。
  • 9.凉拌手撕杏鲍菇,清淡滑嫩又开胃!
