珍珠奶茶雪糕
做蛋糕剩下的淡奶油,烤了蛋挞还剩一部分,加上一小杯剩下的现成奶茶,两者合一,成就了美味的珍珠奶茶雪糕!

Steps to make 珍珠奶茶雪糕

  • 1.准备了一份现成的珍珠奶茶。
  • 2.称重250克的奶茶,再把珍珠捞出。
  • 3.淡奶油加入砂糖。
  • 4.打发至细腻 ,七八分发左右。
  • 5.加入奶茶和珍珠,翻拌均匀,放入冷冻室冷冻三个小时左右。
  • 6.冷冻三四个小时后将冰淇淋取出,用打蛋器搅打,打碎冰渣,继续入冰箱冷冻,反复操作三次冷冻再搅打
  • 7.三次之后将冰淇淋装入盒子中,也可以一部分用雪糕模具来做冰棍的造型,盛入模具中后入冷冻室冷冻定型。
