爆竹新春
爆竹声中一岁除,春风送暖入屠苏。这道形似爆竹的菜也是非常的应景了

  • 六月香韩式辣椒酱半勺
  • 蚝油半勺
  • 生抽半勺
  • 料酒一小勺

Steps to make 爆竹新春

  • 1.准备好所有材料。
  • 2.猪肉切小,搅拌成肉沫。
  • 3.取出来一小部分,另外的加入蚝油,生抽,料酒搅拌均匀备用。
  • 4.培根对半切开。
  • 5.在培根的一头包入肉馅,卷起来。
  • 6.全部卷好后摆成爆竹形状。
  • 7.然后冷水上锅蒸8分钟左右。
  • 8.锅内加入适量食用油,加入之前留下的肉沫翻炒。
  • 9.加入半勺六月香韩式辣椒酱。
  • 10.加入适量清水,煮开收汁就好了。
  • 11.把炒好的肉沫放在爆竹中线上。
  • 12.最后再撒上葱花就完成了。
  • 13.美味又应景。
