  • 细砂糖30克

Steps to make 薄荷冰激淋

  • 1.材料合影:淡奶油、牛奶、蛋黄、细砂糖准备好;薄荷叶和嫩枝清洗干净。
  • 2.一半牛奶、细砂糖、蛋黄同入电煮锅中。
  • 3.用最小的火力将其融化,不停搅拌,使蛋黄受热成熟,晾凉后使用。
  • 4.一半牛奶和薄荷叶同入搅拌机中,搅打成薄荷牛奶。
  • 5.将蛋黄牛奶糊、薄荷牛奶、淡奶油同入冰淇淋搅拌桶中。
  • 6.将搅拌桶安放在冰淇淋机中,盖上盖子,选择“冰淇淋”功能,用时45分钟。
  • 7.这是完成的薄荷冰淇淋,挖出入杯即可食用。
  • 8.薄荷冰激淋,清清凉凉,爽口又解暑~
