信玄饼
信玄饼是日本的一种传统小吃,是用糯米粉做成软年糕后沾上黄豆粉吃的。最近一家日本点心店用琼脂代替糯米粉,制作出了像水晶球一样透明的“水信玄饼”,自6月1日开卖以来,人气爆棚。其实网购一套球形冰格模具,用琼脂、白凉粉、冰粉甚至是吉利丁、果冻粉都可以做成水信玄饼。水信玄饼只有6~9月有贩售,它是由来自日本赤石山脉的水所制成,有着天然甜味,且必须在三十分钟内吃完,因为超过时间将会融化。听闻吃过的人说,水信玄饼吃起来的口感入口即化!

  • 盐渍樱花叶4片

Steps to make 信玄饼

  • 1.黄豆炒熟后置入料理机内,选择磨粉键运行至结束
  • 2.倒出备用
  • 3.将盐渍樱花和盐渍樱花叶用凉水冲泡,开水分三次和白凉粉混合
  • 4.将混合好的透明液体注入半个模具中,并放入冲泡好的樱花
  • 5.盖上模具盖,用小漏斗继续注入液体直至八分满
  • 6.待凝固后脱模即为信玄饼
  • 7.在蜂蜜糖浆上撒上黄豆粉即为调味酱
  • 8.食用时蘸少许调味酱即可
