  • 花椒5克
  • 香葱1棵
  • 香菜1棵
  • 2瓣
  • 小米椒2个
  • 花椒油1勺
  • 辣椒油1勺
  • 海鲜酱油1勺
  • 香醋1勺
  • 料酒1勺
  • 芝麻香油1茶匙
  • 白糖1小勺
  • 白芝麻1茶匙
  • 熟花生米15克

Steps to make 香辣口水鸡

  • 1.鸡腿洗净,葱切小段,姜去皮切片,花椒备好。
  • 2.锅中注入水,加入葱、姜、花椒,冷水下入鸡腿,大火煮开后转中火煮10分钟。关火盖着盖子在焖10分钟。
  • 3.鸡腿焖好后立即捞出,放进冰水里彻底过凉。
  • 4.凉透后取出沥干水份,切成适合的大小,码入盘中。
  • 5.小米椒、香菜、大蒜、香葱分别切成碎末。熟的花生米擀成碎粒。
  • 6.除芝麻和花生碎外的所有调味料放入碗中。
  • 7.拌匀成酱汁。
  • 8.拌好的酱汁淋在鸡腿上,最后撒上芝麻和花生碎即可。
