Steps to make 猪肉酿苦瓜

  • 1.浸透冬菇至软身,並切细粒
  • 2.在猪肉末里加入生粉和鸡蛋
  • 3.腌肉20分钟后,加入冬菇粒拌勻
  • 4.把苦瓜去囊,切3厘米厚
  • 5.在平底鑊,煮滾水灼苦瓜30秒,再過冷水
  • 6.将豬肉镶入若瓜中,並排放在碟上,在锅中放入蒸架,再倒入水煮滾,放入苦瓜蒸煮8-10分钟至豬肉全熟
