梅干菜烧肉
这道菜真的是馋了好久了,
今天终于解馋啦!!

  • 带皮肉300g

Steps to make 梅干菜烧肉

  • 1.带皮肉洗干净后切成小方块,然后焯水备用
  • 2.梅干菜用水泡制好,洗干净沥干备用
  • 3.葱切段、姜切片备用
  • 4.锅中放入少许玉米油,油热后先将焯好的肉放入翻炒
  • 5.加入少许的老抽上色待肉炒到有些焦的时候,放入葱姜、大料炒香
  • 6.然后加入少许的料酒,最后放入梅干菜翻炒,再加入少许白糖、鸡精、食盐翻炒
  • 7.锅中加入适量的水,没过菜为宜,大火烧开后转小火慢炖30分钟
  • 8.待锅中的汤汁收的差不多的时候就可以出锅啦
  • 9.装盘
