  • 水发木耳50g
  • 韩式辣白菜200g
  • 少许
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 少许
  • 1勺
  • 香菜少许
  • 韩式辣酱2勺

Steps to make 韩式泡菜锅

  • 1.木耳泡发洗净、金针菇去根洗净、口蘑去蒂洗净切块、豆腐切块、辣白菜切小片。姜、蒜切片、西红柿切片。
  • 2.热锅倒油,放姜片、蒜片炒香。
  • 3.放入辣白菜炒至水份收干。
  • 4.加入韩式辣酱、糖继续煸炒均匀。
  • 5.移入砂锅中,倒入热水(有高汤更好)盖盖煮2-3分钟。
  • 6.加入木耳、口蘑、豆腐继续煮。
  • 7.最后加入金针菇、青虾、西红柿片煮透。
  • 8.关火,加入胡椒粉,洒香菜叶即可。
