  • 1.新鲜黄杏1000克。
  • 2.黄杏洗净、去核;铺一层黄杏,撒一层白砂糖,腌制2个小时。
  • 3.腌制好的黄杏。
  • 4.腌制出了汁水。
  • 5.将黄杏和汁水倒入不粘锅中烧开。
  • 6.汁水会变多,并有许多大泡泡,转中小火慢慢煮。
  • 7.煮到汁液浓稠时关火。
  • 8.晾到温热时加入蜂蜜搅匀。
  • 9.准备好可密封的瓶子,高温消毒后擦干备用;温热的果酱装瓶,尽量装满,盖好盖子后倒扣10-15分钟;凉后放入冰箱中冷藏食用。
