    Steps to make 京酱肉丝

    • 1.选择新鲜的通脊肉洗净切丝。
    • 2.肉丝加几滴老抽手抓上色入味。
    • 3.我用的是葱伴侣、个人感觉这个酱味道不错。
    • 4.大葱切丝垫在盘底。
    • 5.接下来就可以炒肉丝了、首先把腌制好的肉丝入锅翻炒。
    • 6.大火快炒至肉丝发白即可、出锅装盘待用。
    • 7.净锅放入低油、倒入甜面酱多少可根据个人口味适量加入、炒出香味。
    • 8.随后倒入刚翻炒过的肉丝、面酱的味道不需另加作料、口味重的也可酌量加入、肉丝入锅后大火快速翻炒至酱裹住肉丝即可出锅。
    • 9.出锅装盘、可用千张卷食、也可用手擀煎饼、上图。
