Steps to make 糖渍洋姑娘

  • 1.材料:洋姑娘250克,冰糖20克,白糖25克。
  • 2.洋姑娘剥去外衣,洗净沥干水分。
  • 3.用刀子顺边缘直切或者斜切几个口,这样比直接切成两片或者数片要赏心悦目。
  • 4.切好口的洋姑娘码放入容器,码放一层撒一层白糖。
  • 5.上层也码放均匀撒上白糖。
  • 6.密封容器后放入冰箱腌制2-3天。
  • 7.腌制3天后的浆果半透明状态。
  • 8.腌制好的浆果倒入奶锅中,加入1杯清水和冰糖开火煮至开锅。
  • 9.煮到汤汁浓稠、浆果呈透明状关火。
  • 10.煮好的浆果倒入容器凉透,也可放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 11.糖渍洋姑娘色泽艳丽口感冰爽润滑。
