咸味腊八粥
作为一个四川人,从小是吃咸味腊八粥长大的。以前就见姥姥头一天就开始准备食材,腊八早上6点多姥姥就挨着叫起床,一进厨房就看见她用大柴锅煮一大锅腊八粥得吃两天。后来大柴锅没了,姥姥也没了,就再也没那种感觉了。我跟公婆一讲起来,他们都说没吃过咸味的,东北都吃甜的,今天就做了让他们尝尝。

  • 花生米100克
  • 腊肉150克
  • 白菜梆5个
  • 1块
  • 胡椒粉5克

Steps to make 咸味腊八粥

  • 1.超市买的腊八米(方便)一般四川用的是花生、红豆、绿豆,糯米,大米、黑米
  • 2.把腊八米和花生用冷水泡一夜,(我特别喜欢吃花生单独多加了花生)
  • 3.砂锅坐一锅开水,把喜好腊八米和花生下锅
  • 4.腊肉切丁,几滴油煸干腊肉丁
  • 5.大火烧开转小火,10分钟后倒入变煸好的腊肉丁
  • 6.姜切末(应该和腊八米一块下锅)
  • 7.白菜切丝
  • 8.下白菜煮10分钟
  • 9.起锅前放适量盐、鸡精、胡椒粉
