营养美味不止一点点——杂粮葱油饼
做为一个纯正的北方人,咱对于面食的热爱可真不是一般一般滴。就说这葱油饼吧,做起来简单,却怎么也吃不够。
今天早餐时心血来潮,看到之前做煎饼时剩的各种杂粮面粉,想着何不来个花样变换呢?
于是,这款杂粮葱油饼才得以问世,说真心话,营养和美味都没得说哦!


最近不知咋的,特别特别地懒惰,以至于身上的肉肉暗中增长不少,突然惊醒过来,得好好运动运动啦!
再这么下去,该长成一个胖妞了……

唉!永远是这么地矛盾,爱吃,却又怕长胖。真羡慕那些怎么吃也不长肉肉的美眉们。

啥时候咱也能那么地饮食无忧,只管吃,不用担心后续问题,那该是多么地幸福哪?!

虽然说加入杂粮面粉后饼子的筋度没有纯小麦面粉的高,但是,透着一股豆香的葱油饼还是非常诱人的,吃起来软酥可口,非常不错呢!

    Steps to make 营养美味不止一点点——杂粮葱油饼

    • 1.准备主要原料,按普通面粉与其他各种面粉的比例依次为3:1:1:1:1准备即可。
    • 2.所有面粉混合在盆子中,边慢慢地加入开水,加用筷子搅拌,直至面粉全部呈雪花状。
    • 3.晾至不烫手时揉成光滑的面团。
    • 4.葱清洗干净,切成葱花备用。
    • 5.取鸡蛋大小一块面团,尽可能地擀薄。
    • 6.滴入适量食用油和食盐,均匀地涂抹开来。
    • 7.撒上一层葱花。
    • 8.沿一边卷起成条状。
    • 9.卷好的面条从一头盘起来,如图所示。
    • 10.用手压扁,擀开,约半厘米厚。
    • 11.如此多做几个饼子,最好用平底锅,锅中加少量油,稍热后把饼胚放入,加盖,小火加热。
    • 12.约3分钟后一面已经煎得金黄,翻面,加盖,直至两面煎黄饼子熟透即可出锅。
