  • 低筋面粉15克
  • 细砂糖75克

Steps to make 蛋挞

  • 1.淡奶油,纯牛奶和炼奶一起倒入容器中。
  • 2.小火一边加热一边不停搅拌至细砂糖融化,关火。
  • 3.晾至不烫手时,加入蛋黄。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉搅拌均匀。
  • 5.过筛1-2次,挞水就完成了。
  • 6.将准备好的挞皮摆放入烤盘中,倒入挞水,7分满即可。
  • 7.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火190度,25分钟。
  • 8.出炉后稍微晾凉即可食用。
  • 9.奶香十足,比外面买的好吃太多了。
