朋友约了带孩子看电影,然后要聚餐,话说最近大家都比较忙,好久没聚了,晚上忙到12点多,做了二个慕斯蛋糕要带去给孩子们吃,大家都说好吃呢,还约定下回聚餐我还得做慕斯蛋糕带去

  • 六寸戚风蛋糕2片
  • 淡奶油200g
  • 芒果130g
  • 芒果肉适量(做花用的)
  • 牛奶30g
  • 菠萝味QQ糖46g
  • 砂糖30g
  • 吉利丁二片

Steps to make 芒果花慕斯

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.吉利丁片提前用凉水浸泡至软,加入牛奶中(隔水拌融化)
  • 3.芒果肉加10克牛奶成泥备用
  • 4.启动料理机把芒果肉打成泥备用
  • 5.淡奶油加入糖打发至略有纹路
  • 6.把芒果牛奶液和打发好的奶油混合拌均匀
  • 7.加入融化的吉利丁拌均
  • 8.模具低部放一片蛋糕
  • 9.倒入一层芒果奶油
  • 10.再入一片蛋糕,把剩下的芒果奶油倒进去即可,放冰箱冷藏四个小时左右,轻按表面已凝固即可。
  • 11.QQ糖隔水融化
  • 12.芒果肉切片做成芒果花放在慕斯上面
  • 13.依次做好五朵芒果花
  • 14.融化好后的QQ糖均匀的浇在已经凝固的慕斯蛋糕上,继续入冰箱冷藏至镜面凝固即可享用!
