大白饼干

Steps to make 大白饼干

  • 1.黄油切小块,放入大碗中,室温下软化,筛入糖,揉匀。
  • 2.筛入面粉,加入蛋白和香草精。
  • 3.揉成光滑面团,刚开始会觉得有点干,等黄油和面粉充分混合了之后就可以揉成团了。
  • 4.将面团分成45克三份,205克一份。
  • 5.取其中一45克面团,加入可可粉,揉匀后均匀分成三份。
  • 6.将所有面团揉搓成15厘米左右条状。
  • 7.将其中一45克原色面条压扁,表面用擀面杖轻轻擀平,另取一可可面条压扁,擀成薄片后放于擀平的原色面条上做为主体。
  • 8.将另外两条可可面条粘与主体两侧做眼睛。
  • 9.将剩下的45克原色面条压扁,盖于两眼之间,轻压确保填满两眼之间的空隙。
  • 10.将剩余的原色面团均匀地包裹在主体外部,包上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷冻室。
  • 11.半小时后取出,切成5毫米左右薄片。不宜冷冻太久,不然切的时候容易碎。
  • 12.烤箱预热140度,烤10分钟左右即可。
