    Steps to make 排骨炖粉条

    • 1.材料,排骨。
    • 2.粉条,八角等。
    • 3.排骨清水里漂洗下,冷水下锅焯下水。
    • 4.粉条泡温水里,八角等水里冲净下。
    • 5.锅内放适量内,加颗冰糖进去,转中火。
    • 6.等冰糖慢慢溶化,成糖色时,转小火。
    • 7.将焯过水的排骨倒入,不断翻炒。
    • 8.加入生抽、老抽、黄酒、香叶、八角等,一起翻炒几下。
    • 9.一次性加足水,约没过排骨5厘米左右。
    • 10.盖上锅盖,大火烧。
    • 11.当锅中的水少了一半时,加入粉条,再加点盐,中火炖至收汁。
    • 12.撒上葱花跟鸡精即可。
