秋天是收获的季节~~单说主食方面就多了很多好的选择,新土豆新芋头和新番薯简直是好吃的不得了~再加上天气渐渐变凉,风也慢慢变得不那么温和,暖身贴膘就变成了必须的了,红薯就是暖身的好选择,加上有特殊香味的肉桂,以及温和的生姜粉,简直不能更登对!

  • 高筋粉500g
  • 砂糖40g

  • 奶粉10g
  • 食盐4g
  • 黄油25g
  • 酵母6g
  • 蜂蜜5g
  • 地瓜500g
  • 黄油25g
  • 砂糖37g
  • 奶粉15g

Steps to make 双色地瓜面包

  • 1.除了奶粉之类的所有粉类混合并过筛
  • 2.360g水加入蜂蜜溶化
  • 3.除了黄油之外的所有材料开始揉成面团
  • 4.加入切成块状的黄油,继续揉面
  • 5.一直揉到完全状态
  • 6.地瓜一共500g,配上25g黄油,15g奶粉和37g砂糖拌匀成馅料,我分成了番薯和紫薯两个口味

  • 8.醒发好的面团擀开成长方形
  • 9.在三分之一的位置抹上一层番薯馅料
  • 10.卷起来,中间三分之一抹上紫薯馅料
  • 11.卷起来,收口向下放入吐司盒里面
  • 12.二次发酵之后烤箱下层,170度,40分钟即可!
