  • 1/2茶匙
  • 十三香2克
  • 胡椒粉2克
  • 淀粉1茶匙
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 料酒1茶匙
  • 花椒几粒
  • 色拉油一碗

Steps to make 宫保鱼丁

  • 1.草鱼去内脏洗干净切小丁,用清水冲洗一下!加料酒,胡椒粉,盐,蛋清抓匀腌制十分钟
  • 2.切好葱姜蒜干辣椒段,油炸花生米
  • 3.入油锅之前放淀粉抓匀
  • 4.锅里面倒油烧七八热时,放入鱼丁炸至金黄色时捞出(我分三次炸完滴,放的太多的话,炸不好)
  • 5.依次炸完
  • 6.锅里面留少量的油,放入花椒,葱姜蒜,豆瓣酱炒出红油
  • 7.接着放入炸好的鱼丁,十三香,鸡粉,加小半碗开水翻炒几下
  • 8.调料入味后,加油炸花生米,蒜苗叶翻炒几下
  • 9.炒匀后出锅
  • 10.无鱼不成宴!呵呵
  • 11.好吃
