孜然烤秋刀鱼
烤鱼很香,这次烤上秋刀鱼,因为宝宝吃不了辣椒的,也就烤个孜然味的很不错呢。就是用了生抽,烤了25分钟颜色有些深,不过这味道真是香啊。
食材:秋刀鱼550克
配料:葱10克、姜10克、孜然粉15克、黑胡椒4克、生抽酱油2汤匙、精盐5克、孜然料适量、橄榄油适量。

Steps to make 孜然烤秋刀鱼

  • 1.秋刀鱼处理干净。两面划刀。
  • 2.碗里除了孜然粒,橄榄油,其他调料加入。
  • 3.把调料抹在鱼两面,盖上保鲜膜入冰箱冷藏腌制1至2小时。
  • 4.腌制好,摆烤网上,涮些橄榄油,撒上孜然粒。
  • 5.烤箱上管加热风功能,25分钟,200度预热。烤箱中层。
  • 6.烤10分钟后,暂停烤箱,取出鱼翻面,涮些橄榄油,撒上孜然粒。
  • 7.再入烤箱烤15分钟即可。
