Steps to make 冬菇肉丸

  • 1.猪肉剁成肉沫,加盐,生抽,蚝油,胡椒粉,薯粉拌匀,因为有薯粉,可适量加入小半碗清水。
  • 2.冬菇泡发剁碎,葱切葱花备用。
  • 3.把冬菇,葱拌入肉沫里,加油锁住水分。
  • 4.戴手套,把肉沫捏成丸子摆在盘子里,大小随意。
  • 5.开水入锅,大火蒸15分钟。
  • 6.软糯可口的丸子,小孩子比较喜欢吃。
