Steps to make Truffle chocolate

  • 1. Cut the dark chocolate petals into small pieces for easy melting
  • 2. Pour in light cream
  • 3. Put the chocolate bowl in hot water and heat it over water until it dissolves, then stir evenly
  • 4. Add butter and stir until it dissolves
  • 5. Pour in rum and stir thoroughly until evenly mixed
  • 6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator
