这个甜品刚看见的时候好喜欢呢,西式点心真的很吸引,虽然吃下去热量高,但是还是阻挡不住诱惑。吃了再减肥啊。 做蛋挞还剩一些奶油,就来试试这个,我这个原来配方一半,我这个容器比较小,烤得也比较快,真的好香哦,容器大点烤出来估计就没这么干吧。
我儿子超级喜欢吃,本来一人一个,谁知道我儿子一人啃掉3个,我啃一个。儿子你太能吃吧。 我这个黄油有点多,其实一点黄油就够了,因为烤的过程油全部流出来了。

Steps to make 芙纽多

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.鸡蛋加细砂糖,用打蛋器搅打至起泡。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉和盐,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.边加入牛奶和淡奶油的混合物,边搅拌均匀。
  • 5.烤碗内部涂抹软化黄油,再放入浸泡并沥干朗姆酒的蔓越莓铺匀。
  • 6.将剩余的一半黄油小火熬成焦黄色。
  • 7.烤碗中先注入调匀的奶油面糊,再用小勺舀出干净无杂质焦化黄油,如图均匀的浇再面糊上。
  • 8.烤箱预热180度,中层烤约35-45分钟,中途体积会膨大涨起。(烤碗比较小就不用烤这么久)
  • 9.出炉后会回缩;烤至表面出现图片中的颜色即可。
