  • 1.片状的牛排骨和蘑菇。
  • 2.取出5个大蘑菇,洗干净,一半切片,一半切粒。
  • 3.切粒的蘑菇加小半碗高汤,煮沸。
  • 4.蘑菇变软,加入三瓣蒜。
  • 5.用手持搅拌器把蘑菇和蒜打碎。
  • 6.加100ml鲜奶油,加一点味淋和黑椒盐调味。煮沸勾芡即可。
