万圣节之黑芝麻球——蜘蛛&小精灵
每年的11月1日是西方的万圣节,虽然不是我们的节日,但小朋友有了可以理直气壮吃糖果的理由了——不给糖果就捣蛋,为了迎合节日的氛围,做一款可爱的万圣节食物吧。

  • 红豆沙250克
  • 黑芝麻50克
  • 沙拉酱少许

Steps to make 万圣节之黑芝麻球——蜘蛛&小精灵

  • 1.将小麦胚芽,低筋面粉,奶粉和糖混合在一起,搅拌均匀,
  • 2.鸡蛋蛋白与蛋黄分离,2个鸡蛋大约就是60克蛋白,
  • 3.将蛋白加入混合粉中,
  • 4.带上一次性手套将其和成团,
  • 5.分成10克一个小球球,
  • 6.红豆沙也分成10克一个小圆球,
  • 7.将小麦胚芽面团按扁包住红豆沙,用来做蜘蛛的头和小精灵,
  • 8.将两个小麦胚芽面团混合在一起,按扁包住两个红豆沙团,这个用来做蜘蛛的身体,
  • 9.将大小两个面团粘在一起,再放到黑芝麻里滚一圈,粘满黑芝麻
  • 10.把其放在烤盘里,再把剩余的都包好,
  • 11.烤箱预热,下层,上下火,150度,烤20分钟左右,
  • 12.巧克力隔水软化
  • 13.油纸折成一个三角形的小包,把软化好的巧克力放在里面,前端剪开一个小口
  • 14.把巧克力挤在干净的油纸上,形状如图,做蜘蛛的脚,
  • 15.小圆球上用沙拉酱挤上两个眼睛,中间用巧克力点睛,小精灵就做好了,
  • 16.按图把蜘蛛组装好,就完成了。
