  • 1.1、将室温软化的黄油切小块,放入黄砂糖。
  • 2.2、再加入盐,放入花生酱。
  • 3.3、用打蛋器打至顺滑,分次加入蛋液继续打至顺滑并蓬发至两倍大。
  • 4.4、加入过筛的粉类,用橡皮刀切拌均匀成面团,取20克的小面团揉成圆形。
  • 5.5、将揉圆的面团摆入烤盘,再用手指压平,再撒上适量花生碎仁。
  • 6.6、烤箱预热180度20分钟即可。(温度根据自家烤箱调节)
