  • 1.黄油加入巧克力碎隔水加热溶化。
  • 2.白糖加入到巧克力糊搅拌到糖溶化。
  • 3.加入鸡蛋混合均匀。
  • 4.低粉和可可粉过筛加入搅拌成巧克力面糊。
  • 5.巧克力面糊放冰箱冷藏半个小时。
  • 6.冷却后取出,用手搓成一个小球,把小球粘上一层厚厚的糖粉。
  • 7.烤箱预热,上下火170,烘烤20分钟。
