Steps to make 蛋黄饼干

  • 1.蛋黄放到无水无油的容器中,加入细砂糖。
  • 2.用电动打蛋器打发至颜色发白,出现纹路(提起打蛋器蛋糊滑落下来纹路不会立即消失)。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 4.上下翻拌均匀成面糊。
  • 5.把面糊装入一次性裱花袋中,在垫有油纸的烤盘上挤出小面糊团。
  • 6.放入预热好的烤箱中,上火170度,下火140度,烘烤15分钟至表面呈金黄色即可。
