Steps to make 玛格丽特饼干

  • 1.材料:熟蛋黄:2个、软黄油:100克、糖粉:60克、低筋粉:100克、玉米淀粉:100克、盐:1克
  • 2.制作:1.低筋粉和玉米淀粉一起混合过筛待用
  • 3.2.自然软化的黄油加过筛后的糖粉一起先用刮刀翻拌均匀
  • 4.3.再用电动打蛋器打发至体积稍微膨大颜色变浅
  • 5.4.将蛋黄放到筛子里过筛出细末状,再加入到打发的黄油里一起搅拌均匀
  • 6.5.接着将混合的粉类加到打发的黄油里先用刮刀翻拌下
  • 7.6.再用手揉成面团
  • 8.7.揉好的面团用保鲜膜包好,放进冰箱冷藏1个小时
  • 9.8.取出冷藏好的面团,8克一个小面团搓成小圆球
  • 10.9.将小圆球有距离的放在烤盘上,用大拇指按扁(按扁时会出现自然的裂纹)
  • 11.10.烤箱预热上下火170度,烤盘放入中层烤制
  • 12.11.烤20分钟左右至边缘稍微焦黄即可出炉
