Steps to make 奶酪烩土豆南瓜泥

  • 1.土豆切片备用,大蒜切碎备用,烤箱预热到160度。
  • 2.平底锅中中火加热融化黄油,加入大蒜,煮1-2分钟。然后加入面粉煮1分钟。慢慢加入牛奶,加入盐。煮沸后再煮约3-4分钟。关火,加入南瓜泥搅拌均匀,最后用盐和胡椒调味。
  • 3.在烤碗里先放一半土豆,然后倒一半的酱,撒上一半的奶酪。重复下一层。
  • 4.然后放入烤箱,烤到土豆可以用叉子轻松差进和顶部是金黄色,时间约1小时即可。
