麻婆豆腐是清同治初年成都一家小饭店店主之妻刘氏所创制,刘氏面部有麻点,她所做的豆腐闻名乡里,“麻婆豆腐”从此成为一道名菜...

  • 猪肉末50克
  • 嫩豆腐500克左右
  • 麻婆豆腐调料35克
  • 清水100克左右
  • 食用油30克
  • 小葱2根

Steps to make 麻婆豆腐

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.葱切葱花,把35克的麻婆豆腐调料用100克左右的清水调匀,豆腐开水烫一下,然后切成2公分左右的长方块备用
  • 3.锅里倒30克食用油加热,加入肉泥50克翻炒
  • 4.把肉末炒熟炒香(大约4~5分钟左右)
  • 5.再倒入麻婆豆腐调料汁
  • 6.加入切好的豆腐
  • 7.小火3~4分钟,稍微翻动,让豆腐入味,然后大火收汁即可(如果是老豆腐就要适当延长时间,让豆腐更入味)
