Steps to make 堡尔美克可可奶酪杯

  • 1.先做奶酪。把1000毫升牛奶、1克菌粉加上适量糖放入酸奶机静置8小时养一杯活的酸奶。
  • 2.把做好的酸奶倒入奶酪架上盖好内盖和上盖放冰箱静置24小时。
  • 3.做好的鲜奶酪备用。
  • 4.制做蛋糕。将堡尔美克模具刷上一层软化的黄油备用。
  • 5.将牛奶、黄油放入容器内,隔水把黄油融化。
  • 6.筛入可可粉搅拌均匀。巧克力酱做好了。
  • 7.蛋白蛋黄分离。蛋白分离到无水无油容器内。
  • 8.蛋白分三次加入细砂糖,打至硬性发泡。
  • 9.加入蛋黄,继续搅打均匀。
  • 10.筛入低粉,用刮刀从容器底部拌匀。
  • 11.加入巧克力酱。
  • 12.继续拌匀。
  • 13.盛入模具内约8分满,震出大气泡。
  • 14.烤箱预热,180度约烘焙20分钟。取出晾凉。
  • 15.晾好的蛋糕很容易脱模。脱模后在蛋糕杯边缘淋一层巧克力酱。
  • 16.将自制鲜奶酪装入裱花袋中。
  • 17.挤在杯子中,点缀上草莓即可。
