零添加苹果果酱
每年都会根据不同的季节自己熬煮一些果酱,或留着自己佐餐或送给朋友。前几天朋友从老家给带来一大箱的富士苹果,红彤彤的特别诱人,于是便想煮些苹果酱感谢朋友。

在家自己煮果酱其实没有什么难度,但辛苦之处在于煮果酱需要全程小火,而且站在灶台边不停的搅拌直至果酱熬煮结束,对于我这个腰不太好的人来说特别煎熬。有了面包机后做果酱一下子变得方便省事了许多,从洗、切、搅碎全程不需要2分钟,而耗时最长的熬煮直接交给面包机就好了,你可以利用这一个多小时去锻炼或者窝在沙发里看一个自己喜欢的剧,解放双手的感觉真的特别爽。

  • 苹果550g
  • 白砂糖90g
  • 玉米淀粉30g
  • 柠檬1/2个
  • 矿泉水60ml

Steps to make 零添加苹果果酱

  • 1.苹果、柠檬洗净用厨房纸巾吸干表面的水分。其他材料称重备用。
  • 2.苹果去核切小块。
  • 3.将苹果丁和60ml的水加入料理机中打成苹果泥。
  • 4.打好的苹果泥放入面包机的搅拌桶里,放入白砂糖、玉米淀粉,然后挤入柠檬汁,选择菜单“花式果酱”,1小时20分钟后零添加的苹果果酱就做好。
