  • 1.准备食材:苦瓜、辣椒、蒜米。
  • 2.苦瓜洗净后切段备用。
  • 3.将切好的苦瓜段去掉中间的白瓤。
  • 4.起锅烧水,放入油,少量盐,水开后放入苦瓜,焯58秒捞出。
  • 5.捞出苦瓜放入冰水中过凉后,捞起控干水份。
  • 6.调酱汁:碗里放入蒜米、辣椒、香油、白糖、盐、白醋,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.倒入控干水份后的苦瓜,继续搅拌。
  • 8.装盘后.放入冰箱冷藏,口感更佳。
  • 9.清凉脆爽可口的凉拌苦瓜成品图。
