Steps to make 韩式香辣鸡肉卷

  • 1.准备所有食材
  • 2.鸡腿洗净后剔出骨头
  • 3.再鸡肉表面轻轻划上几刀
  • 4.倒入料酒、葱姜及香辣烤肉酱
  • 5.抓匀后加盖腌制一夜
  • 6.取出腌制好鸡腿放在锡纸上
  • 7.轻轻卷起
  • 8.再裹上锡纸两头扎紧
  • 9.送入预热好的烤箱中层
  • 10.上下火200度,烤20分钟
  • 11.取出表面再刷层腌制酱汁
  • 12.移至烤箱上层烤10~15分钟
  • 13.表面焦黄时取出
  • 14.移至案板上切块
  • 15.装盘开吃吧
