    Steps to make 鱼香嫩豆腐

    • 1.准备好材料
    • 2.将葱姜泡椒切成末,红油豆瓣酱剁成蓉,猪肉剁成末后用盐、料酒、生抽、胡椒粉搅拌均匀腌十五分钟
    • 3.嫩豆腐切块后,水煮开放豆腐焯水,去除豆腥味
    • 4.热锅凉油,下葱姜末炒香后加入泡椒和红油豆瓣酱一起炒香
    • 5.加入腌好的猪肉末一起煸炒
    • 6.一汤匙生抽,一汤匙老抽,半汤匙料酒,一汤匙香醋,一汤匙水淀粉,半汤匙白糖调成汁
    • 7.将肉末等炒香后加入调好的鱼香汁烧开
    • 8.加入焯好水的豆腐,焖煮至汤汁浓稠后装盘,撒上葱花即可
