  • 淡奶油60克
  • 泡打粉5克

Steps to make 坚果蔓越莓司康

  • 1.面粉加白糖、盐、泡打粉混合均匀,再加入黄油,用手搓至黄油与面粉完全混合均匀。倒入所有的液体,然后放入蔓越莓干和核桃,轻轻用摁压的手法合成面团
  • 2.和好的面放冰箱松弛一小时,然后擀成1.5厘米厚的大面片
  • 3.直接用刀切成大小相等的三角形
  • 4.切好的生坯摆放到铺了油纸的烤盘上,中间留有相等的空间距离
  • 5.烤箱预热200度,然后放入烤盘;温度调至185度,中层烤15分钟,取出趁热食用风味最佳
  • 6.完成
