Steps to make 土豆培根咸面包

  • 1.土豆100克切成片,微波炉叮熟
  • 2.土豆片趁热捣成泥,小香葱洗净切碎
  • 3.高筋粉200克 细砂糖10克 盐4克 酵母3克 水70克 鸡蛋一个约50克和香葱碎15克放入面包机,稍微搅拌均匀,启动一个和面程序
  • 4.加入葱油(用洋葱,香葱,八角,花椒和油熬制)继续一个和面程序,搅拌直至成柔软有弹性面团
  • 5.面团发酵好后,排气,称重分成6份,滚圆,松弛15分钟
  • 6.取一面团擀成椭圆形,放上煎好的培根卷起
  • 7.烤盘稍刷一层油,将依次卷起的面团直接放入烤盘
  • 8.将葱花15克葱油10克全蛋液15克细盐1/2小匙黑胡椒粉1/4小匙拌匀成葱花内馅备用
  • 9.二次发酵好后,在面团表面刷上薄薄的全蛋液。用利刀在中间纵割一条刀口,继续发酵约2分钟,将葱花内馅放入割开的刀口中
  • 10.挤上沙拉酱后,烤箱180度预热,中层,上下火烤20分钟即可
