这款云顶曲奇颜值很高噢~口感也十分酥脆。
重要是轻轻一压就直接酥掉,好玩又好吃。
因为奶油的加入所以我减去了鸡蛋的分量,所以成品的颜色更加好看噢!

  • 1.黄油提前取出,放室温软化
  • 2.用刮刀把黄油压拌一下,加入糖粉,搅拌均匀
  • 3.换手动打蛋器搅拌至颜色发白,体积略有变大,分次少量加入淡奶油,搅拌均匀
  • 4.原味制作:筛入面粉,拌匀
  • 5.根据爱好,可以用本方制作抹茶/可可口味:低筋面粉加入抹茶粉/可可粉
  • 6.分别搅拌至无干粉状态
  • 7.分别搅拌至无干粉状态
  • 8.装入裱花袋
  • 9.挤出云顶花纹,裱花嘴用6齿
  • 10.挤出云顶花纹,裱花嘴用6齿
  • 11.烤箱提前预热,先上下火,175度,烤10分钟定形
  • 12.再转上火140度,下火145度,烤15~20分钟,烤熟饼干内心
  • 13.烤好的饼干取出晾晾后,即可食用
