Steps to make 芒果冰激凌

  • 1.食材:芒果、淡奶油、牛奶、绵白糖。
  • 2.将芒果去皮,用勺子刮下果肉放入榨汁杯里。
  • 3.加入150毫升牛奶。
  • 4.打成牛奶芒果汁。
  • 5.在保鲜盒里倒入150毫升淡奶油。
  • 6.随后,加入绵白糖。
  • 7.用电动打蛋器高速打发。
  • 8.着,合入牛奶芒果汁。
  • 9.然后,盖上盖、把冰激凌乳液置入冰箱冷冻室中。
  • 10.1个小时后表面形成冰层,取出、搅拌一次,再冻。
  • 11.最后,再过1个小时后再一次搅拌。
  • 12.待冰激凌内部全部冻上,即成。
