蒜蓉辣椒酱
辣椒酱颜色鲜艳,是提味、增香的开味佐料。可以做味碟、做调料、做凉拌菜等等,用途很广,家里的辣椒酱我都是自给自足的,一次做一斤多,装上两瓶可以吃上好一段日子,而且自己做的不含色素和添加剂,干净、卫生、放心。

Steps to make 蒜蓉辣椒酱

  • 1.将辣椒和蒜洗干净,晾干水!辣椒和蒜的比例是2:1,也可根据个人的喜好增减。
  • 2.用料理机先打碎蒜再到辣椒,打至自己觉得满意的程度就好。
  • 3.将打碎的蒜和辣椒拌一下,然后撒盐、糖和52度的桂林三花酒,所有调料拌匀。
  • 4.装到无水、无油的干净瓶子里,封好!封存一个月就可以吃了!
