    Steps to make 红烧排骨

    • 1.排骨洗净备用。
    • 2.排骨过水焯一下。
    • 3.焯过水后用热水冲净。
    • 4.葱、姜切片,八角一个。
    • 5.锅中倒油,放冰糖,小火翻炒。
    • 6.不停的用铲子翻炒,直到炒至发红并有些冒泡。
    • 7.倒入排骨炒至上色。
    • 8.放入葱、姜片翻炒。
    • 9.倒入生抽、老抽,加入开水并放八角,先大火烧10分钟,后转小火40分钟。
    • 10.出锅前10分钟放盐,最后收汁出锅。
    • 11.烧好的排骨。
