  • 白洋葱半个

  • 东古淡盐一品鲜三勺

Steps to make 黄金菠萝炒饭

  • 1.菠萝切开一小半,把另一大半满满滑个花刀,把里面的菠萝肉挖出来,然后这大半个挖空的菠萝可以用来做器皿。
  • 2.彩椒、洋葱切丁,小葱切葱花,大蒜剁成蒜末。把菠萝粒倒入盐水中泡一会。
  • 3.一个碗里打入三个鸡蛋打发、加入一丢丢盐和白糖调个底味。另一个碗再打入两个鸡蛋打发,这两个鸡蛋不需要调底味。
  • 4.大火起锅烧油,倒入调了味的鸡蛋液,转中小火炒一分钟盛出备用。
  • 5.另起锅烧油,加入蒜末炒香。倒入虾仁和一勺淡盐一品鲜酱油,炒熟盛出备用。
  • 6.再另起锅热油,倒入洋葱粒,彩椒粒炒香。加入陈年大米饭。
  • 7.炒散后,转小火,倒入另一碗鸡蛋液,一边翻炒一边倒,让米饭都沾上鸡蛋液。
  • 8.倒入炒熟的鸡蛋、虾仁、菠萝翻炒均匀,加入两勺淡盐一品鲜调味(根据自己的口味可以加一点盐或者鸡精调调味)翻炒均匀即可。
