  • 糖粉50g
  • 低筋面粉150g
  • 全蛋液约40g

  • 1. 黄油室温融化。切成小块。
  • 2. 加入糖粉搅拌一下。

  • 4.4、 将蛋液分三次加入打发好的黄油里,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.5、 筛入低筋面粉,慢慢搅拌至无颗粒。
  • 6.6、 将搅拌好的曲奇泥倒入裱花袋,慢慢挤出漂亮的花型。
  • 7.7、 烤箱190度预热,放入挤好的曲奇坯。
  • 8.8、 190度烤12-15分钟,曲奇周边颜色稍微发黄即可。
  • 9.9、 出炉,晾凉,慢慢享用吧
